At ChampionHanger, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
🔁 Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at support@championhanger.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Personalized or custom-made products

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

🔄 Exchanges
Need something else? The quickest way is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order for the product you want.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@championhanger.com.
