All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Standard and Express shipping options within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Currently, Champion Hanger ships only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on the carrier’s website.
5. Delays or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. However, if your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at [your support email] and we will assist you in tracking or replacing the order when applicable.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to us or experience delivery delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items received. We will evaluate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
